More than 160 participants, including 90 black belts, 4 Polish Branch Chiefs and Oleksandr Kuzmin, BC from Ukraine, trained the elements of Kihon, Ido Geiko, Kata, and Kumite, especially kicks and punches. Polish fighters were impressed with the perfect kick techniques of Shihan Yamamoto and Sensei Shoguchi. Between trainings, the Japanese instructors explained to the participants about traditional karate training in Japan. It was a great time in a fantastic atmosphere.
