On October 18th, 2025, the 32nd Brazilian Shinkyokushin Karate Championship was held in the city of Barueri, featuring 330 participants in both Kata and Kumite categories.
Dekster Academy of Barueri achieved a total of 66 points, securing 13 championship titles, 12 runner-up positions, and 5 third-place finishes.
The event included beautiful Tameshiwari demonstrations conducted by Brazilian Branch Chiefs Denivaldo Carvalho, Gabriel Pereira, Edvaldo Felix, Rafael Cardoso, and Wagner Takeshi, along with the other instructors.
After the competition, a celebration took place to honor Shihan Denivaldo Carvalho’s 50 years of dedication to karate. The gathering brought together teachers and friends, featured a buffet of assorted refreshments, a karaoke session, and a specially decorated cake commemorating the golden anniversary.
