The Austrian Open 2014 Shinkyokushin had 217 competitors from 9 countries, from Austria, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Georgia, Sweden, Hungary, Ukraine, and Croatia. Shihan Jeremicz Bogdan from Poland, and Senei Irakli Dolabridze from Georgia, were special guests at the event, and Shihan Wieslaw Gwizd from Poland oversaw the whole event as main judge, contributing to the smooth progress of the event.
